Description
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a perennial herbaceous plant from the caprifoliacea family, once included in its own family Valerianaceae. Blooms with white or pink flowers. It grows up to 2 meters in height. Medicinal roots are branched and grow up to 20 centimeters long. It grows throughout Europe, except Portugal. The plant is medicinal. The leaves are toothed and those closer to the root are somewhat different from those near the top. Flowers can be white or pink. Valerian blooms from July to August. The seeds ripen from June to September. The plant tolerates the cold climate well.
Ingredients: Odolen, gelatin capsule, cellulose emulsifier and/or maltodextrin filler.
Instructions for use: take 1 capsule up to twice a day (with a meal or a glass of water) or as recommended by a professional.
